I am so glad that I ran into Emilio's Paella at the Rancho Santa Fe Farmers' Market at Lane Field Park. . The Paella was quite flavorful as it was well seasoned, not to mention the flavor of the saffron and the accompanied seafood were well infused into the rice.

The clams were very good. They had a tender texture and subtle sweetness. I loved the mussel that came with the meal, but another one would of been great. I appreciated that they left the head on the single shrimp that came with the meal. It was packed with flavor. The rice and the small splattering of vegetables were all delicious. The gent that took my order and made the paella was in good spirits and excited about his trade. Well done.
